  JaQuan was fantastic! He came to my house, carefully assessed my old AC system, and explained everything he found in a really clear and professional way.   Devante was a really professional and helpful technician – he seemed knowledgeable and treated me with courtesy. It’s good to see he’s quickly trained, but I did feel like Cool Ray could benefit from sending technicians out with a bit more experience and detailed knowledge. Overall, I was happy with the maintenance service itself, but I think the cost of the recommended add-ons is a little steep. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the service I received. I contacted them through Home Depot – I’d spoken to them a few months ago when I was initially looking at a new AC unit, so they already had all my details and the photos from that first consultation. They were fantastic; they arrived on time, got right to work, and cleaned up everything afterward. One of the technicians even took the time to show me how to operate the thermostat. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m really glad I chose them for the job.” report abuse

  “The technician did a great job during our recent preventative maintenance – he was really knowledgeable and ensured the system was running perfectly. However, I was disappointed to learn that the new owner has stopped offering the free filter replacements that I’d pre-paid as part of my 10-year service contract.
