“I was really pleased with the installation crew from Alabama Cooling and Heating – they were incredibly efficient and professional, quickly removing my old unit and installing the new mini-split, and they even cleaned up thoroughly. However, my experience after the installation was very frustrating. They didn’t provide me with a bill of sales, the owner’s manual, or warranty information, and despite multiple calls and emails to Kenzy in the office, I’ve yet to receive any of it. She initially promised to send it the next morning, but a week passed with no communication. She repeatedly assured me it was in the mail, but then told me to print a manual online when I didn’t receive anything. It's now almost a year later, and I'm still waiting. I really just want the original paperwork that came with the unit. If you’re considering using Alabama Cooling and Heating, I highly recommend getting all your paperwork on the day of the service to ensure you receive it.”
