  “We were really pleased with the installation crew at Alabama Cooling and Heating – they were incredibly efficient and professional, quickly removing our old unit and installing the new mini-split. However, after the installation, we experienced a significant problem. We didn’t receive any paperwork like the sales receipt, owner’s manual, or warranty information, and we’ve been struggling to get it sorted out. We contacted Kenzy in the office, and she initially promised to get the paperwork sent the next morning, but a week went by with no response. We followed up multiple times with calls and emails, and Kenzy kept assuring us it was in the mail, despite not receiving anything. It was frustrating to be told to just print something online when we’d paid for the original materials. Honestly, it felt like we were being misled. Now, it’s March 2025 and still no paperwork. If you’re considering Alabama Cooling and Heating, I’d strongly advise you to get all your paperwork on the day of the service – otherwise, you might not receive it.” report abuse
