  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience due to the handling of a plumbing issue at my home. Initially, Mark and Tan were unresponsive and dismissive; Mark insisted on charging me a fee despite the lack of running water, and Tan simply stated everything was working when it clearly wasn’t. To make matters worse, Mark seemed completely out of touch, questioning the city inspector about plumbing details. Thankfully, the city inspector intervened and pointed out that no follow-up inspection had been scheduled. Ultimately, after speaking with Mark’s manager, Tommy, the situation was resolved quickly and professionally. Tommy was incredibly helpful and took immediate action to address my concerns, which Mark and Tan were unable to do. I also want to commend Von, the plumbing technician, for his outstanding service – he’s a true asset to the company. report abuse
