  Dealing with Skeletons/Brown HVAC was a genuinely positive experience. From the very start, they were incredibly professional and responsive, getting an appointment scheduled quickly. Jordan Hudgins, in particular, was fantastic – he was attentive, took the time to thoroughly examine my system, asked all the right questions, and clearly explained the benefits of working with their company compared to others. He really broke down the value proposition and I felt completely confident in his expertise. Honestly, it was refreshing to have such a knowledgeable and helpful representative, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again – or at the very least, to schedule an inspection or ongoing support for my system. report abuse

  Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He did our biannual service and quickly identified a problem with our system. He really took the time to explain everything clearly and calmly, which was so reassuring. Because he was so thorough, we immediately asked him to return once the replacement part arrived – and we weren’t disappointed! From the moment I made the initial call and scheduled a same-day appointment, to Cody’s excellent assistance – he took the time to answer all my questions and walk me through changing the filters – everything was incredibly professional.   Brandon and Cody were fantastic – they arrived early, were incredibly polite and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which we really appreciated. We were so pleased with their service that we signed up for the maintenance plan. There were just a couple of small things left out in the yard, but it didn’t impact our overall positive experience. report abuse

  “I had a really unsettling experience with Skelton’s Plumbing. Kevin from Brown’s Plumbing came out, and while he was punctual and did seem to diagnose the issue, I felt he was trying to overcharge me. He initially gave me an estimate of $800-$900 for the valve replacement, which I already suspected was high. Then, he presented me with two options, one at $1100 and another at $1200. Because of the high cost, I asked for a second opinion, and thankfully, another company offered the same repair for just $740. Being a single woman, I felt completely taken advantage of, and I would absolutely not recommend Skelton’s – their technicians seem to be trying to exploit customers.” report abuse
