Honestly, we were really disappointed with the insulation job they did in 2015. We hired them to insulate our attic, and we specifically pointed out that the area above our master bedroom was difficult to access. They assured us they could still get the insulation back there. However, after they finished, we discovered there was absolutely no insulation in our bedroom – we could see bare wood through the new holes we cut for the recessed lighting. We’ve tried contacting them repeatedly, but they haven't returned our calls or messages at all. It’s incredibly frustrating and feels like they weren’t being honest with us. We ended up having to do it ourselves, and it’s just a really poor experience overall.
