  “We hired this company back in 2015 to insulate our attic, and while the job seemed okay at first, we’ve had a really frustrating experience. We specifically pointed out that the attic space above our master bedroom was difficult to access, and they assured us they could get the insulation all the way back there. Initially, we noticed a welcome cooling effect in our bedroom, attributing it to our old sliding glass door. After we replaced the door and installed new recessed lighting, we discovered a huge problem – there was absolutely no insulation in our bedroom; the walls were bare wood. We’ve tried contacting them repeatedly, but they haven't returned our calls or messages at all. It’s incredibly disappointing to realize they hadn’t completed the job properly and then ignored our attempts to address the issue. We ended up having to do it ourselves, which was a significant inconvenience.” report abuse
