  “Dan and Dianne were absolutely thrilled with their experience with Koala Insulation of Birmingham. Jason was fantastic – he came to their home, really took the time to understand their needs and develop a plan and quote that they agreed to. Once the plan was set, Cole, Jon, and Bethany worked together to schedule the work, and Cole or Jon even called the day before to confirm everything was still on track. They arrived on time, introduced themselves, thoroughly inspected the attic, and Cole went through the insulation plan in detail while Jon got everything ready. The whole job moved really quickly, and Jon was great at tidying up afterwards. Dan and Dianne were particularly impressed with the team’s professionalism and the way everyone worked together – they said it was a really smooth and efficient process.
