Kim in the office was so patient and helpful, and Patrick and Martin were truly exceptional – they were incredibly professional, went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied, and even took the time to walk through the work with me. They were so quick and efficient, and they even cleaned up perfectly before they left. Honestly, I can already feel the difference – a room that was hitting 80 with the AC running is now comfortably at 73! It’s such a relief, and I’m so thrilled with the results.   “I’m so glad I chose Koala for my attic insulation project. As a small, family-owned business, they immediately earned my trust, and I was really looking for a company without all the negative online feedback. It started with a strange issue – I was suddenly blowing my nose constantly, something I’d never experienced before. My mom told me she’d had the insulation done 10 years ago, which was a good starting point. However, when I investigated, I discovered they’d only insulated a quarter of the space and hadn’t removed the old insulation from the 1940s! To add to that, they charged me for the entire area. What really impressed me was Koala’s attention to detail. They completely vacuumed the attic before installing the new insulation, and the workers took immense pride in their meticulous work, cleaning up as they went. They were also incredibly respectful and professional. They even measured the depth of the insulation blown in, which was fantastic. I opted for the Rockwell insulation, which is more durable, water-resistant, and fire-resistant, though it was a bit more expensive initially. Koala was happy to provide a price comparison, and I appreciated their honesty. In the long run, I believe it will be a better investment. I also had them install a cover sealer to prevent heat and AC loss, and they replaced the faulty attic fans with solar-powered fans that are tax-deductible. Overall, the experience with Koala was fantastic—they were reliable, professional, and truly went the extra mile. I wholeheartedly recommend them; you won't be disappointed!” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with Koala’s service – they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Getting the quote for the attic insulation upgrade to R-38, which also included a solar-powered vent, was very competitive, and they were able to get the work started within a week. The team was incredibly professional and polite, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. And when they were done, they left the whole area spotless!
