  “I’m reaching out as a last resort – I really need your help. My Cadillac broke down right outside your entrance, though it’s been having issues for months. The driveshaft blew, and now I’m waiting for a tow truck, but I’m desperately trying to avoid that. I’ve lost so much this year, including my house, and this car is all I have left. I’m staying with my mom in Alabaster and need to get the key back to her so they can tow it. I’m so sorry for the trouble, but please, please don’t tow my car – I’ll pay you not to.   Overall, we had a really positive experience thanks to the team’s efforts – Chad was fantastic in getting me what I needed, and the delivery drivers were incredibly helpful. The only frustrating part was dealing with corporate, who weren’t recognizing our tax-free status. It ended up requiring a significant amount of legal intervention – we needed three lawyers and a judge to get it resolved, and ultimately we still had to pay the taxes. report abuse
