“I’m really disappointed with the level of communication and support I’ve received since having my windows installed in August 2023. While we were able to resolve a few minor issues ourselves initially, getting a follow-up for more recent problems has been incredibly difficult. I've contacted them through multiple channels – phone calls and emails – but haven’t received any response. Currently, I’m dealing with a loose window latch that I’ve tried to fix, and I’m also experiencing condensation on all of my windows. It’s frustrating to be ignored after all this time.”

“We were incredibly pleased with Jody and his team. Everyone we met – from Jody himself to the installers – was so knowledgeable and professional. We were particularly impressed with the quality of the windows we received; we got a fantastic deal on windows that were clearly superior to what other companies were offering. The installers did a truly outstanding job, and we especially appreciated how they cleaned up after themselves – you wouldn’t even know they’d been there!”

Overall, the window installation was a really positive experience, but it did take longer than initially expected. We ordered the windows back in mid-March, and they weren’t actually installed until October 31st – the original timeframe was 10-16 weeks. Jody was fantastic throughout the process; he kept us informed every step of the way and promptly let us know as soon as there were updates from the manufacturer. Because we were flexible with our schedule, he was able to get the windows installed very quickly the following week. The installers themselves were incredibly polite and did a fantastic job, both with the installation and cleaning up afterward. I’d absolutely recommend them and would definitely use their services again, though I would just be aware that manufacturing delays can sometimes cause a longer lead time.

“The Alabama Attorney General recently secured a restraining order against the Whitworth Company, alleging they’ve been defrauding customers. Jody Whitworth, Bobby Whitworth, and Robin Willard have been named in connection with the case.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the provided text: “I’m extremely concerned about this company. They vacated their office space in September and October of 2023, and immediately stopped paying rent to the landlord. To add to the issues, I was unable to fulfill an order with the window manufacturer because they apparently didn’t recognize the company’s name, and unfortunately, I also lost the deposit I’d paid. I’ve attached photos of the vacant office to document the situation. Furthermore, I’ve recently learned that the company was recently sued by the state attorney general’s office for alleged wrongdoing – if you were a former customer or had any dealings with them, please contact me.”
-
“It seems like the company has unfortunately gone out of business, and I’ve been trying to track down the window manufacturer – but there’s no mention of it in any of the paperwork. It’s really frustrating, especially considering the lifetime warranty was purchased. If the company is truly finished, that warranty is essentially worthless.”

“I placed an order for windows back in early September 2023, and as of January 2024, I still haven’t received them. It appears I’ve been scammed out of $2400. The company address is a fake, and I’ve been unable to get any response to my calls, emails, or text messages from Legends. I recently saw a report on Channel 6 about this company, and it seems many other people have had similar negative experiences.”

“We were really impressed with this company – they were incredibly patient and understanding, coming out to our house twice to answer all of our questions about new windows, which was fantastic since we’d never had them installed before. The installation itself was really smooth and clean, and it was such a nice surprise when they even tidied up our house a bit while they were there! My kids were absolutely thrilled when they brought us our new windows.”

Overall, we were extremely pleased with the work done on our siding and door replacement. The team was fantastic – incredibly professional, punctual, and they really went above and beyond to work around the rain and get the job finished. They kept us fully informed throughout the process with clear explanations and regular updates via phone and text. It was really appreciated that they checked in with us to ensure we were happy with the work. We’d definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends!

“I was incredibly pleased with Legend Windows. They handled a really big job for me – I had over 20 old wood windows that needed replacing, and they took care of everything. They were prompt, accurately measured, got the windows ordered quickly, and then installed them all in just two days. The work looked fantastic, and the price was really good. I even recommended them to a friend who’s also a very satisfied customer – I’ll definitely be using them for all my future window needs.”
