  “I’m really disappointed with the communication and support I’ve received since having my windows installed in August 2023. We were able to resolve a few minor issues ourselves initially, but getting a follow-up was incredibly difficult. I’ve contacted the company twice, leaving multiple voicemails and emails, but haven’t received any response. Currently, I’m dealing with a loose window latch that I’ve tried to fix, and I’m also experiencing condensation on all of my windows.” report abuse

  “We were incredibly pleased with the entire experience. Jody and his team were so knowledgeable and professional, and everyone – from Jody himself to the installation crew – was fantastic. We were especially impressed with the quality of the windows we received; we got a significantly better product at a price lower than what we’d been quoted by other companies.   Overall, we were really pleased with the window installation, but it did take a significant amount of time – nearly eight months from when we ordered them in mid-March to the final installation on October 31st. The initial estimate of 10-16 weeks wasn’t quite accurate. Jody was fantastic throughout the process, keeping us informed every step of the way. He immediately contacted us as soon as the windows were scheduled from the manufacturer and, because we were flexible with our schedule, he managed to get them installed very quickly the following week. The installers themselves were incredibly polite and did a really professional job, and they even cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I’d absolutely recommend them for future projects, just be aware that manufacturing delays can sometimes extend the timeline. report abuse

  “I’ve been trying to track down the window manufacturer – it seems the company has unfortunately gone out of business, and there’s no mention of it anywhere in the paperwork.   I’m incredibly frustrated and concerned about my experience with this company. I placed an order for windows back in early September 2023 and, as of January 2024, I still haven't received them. It appears I’ve been scammed out of $2400, and the company’s address is a fake one. Worse still, they haven't responded to any of my calls, emails, or text messages from Legends. I recently saw a report on Channel 6 about other people being scammed by this same company, which confirms my worst fears. report abuse

  “We were so impressed with this company – they were incredibly patient and accommodating, coming out to our house twice to answer all of our questions about new windows, which was fantastic since we’d never had them before. The installation itself was really easy and they were very careful and left everything spotless.   Overall, we were extremely pleased with the work done on our siding and door replacement. The team was fantastic – incredibly professional, punctual, and they really went the extra mile to work around the rain and still get the job finished. They were also very communicative, keeping us updated via phone and text about the weather and their arrival times.   “I was incredibly pleased with Legend Windows. I had a really big job – replacing over twenty older wood windows – and they handled everything perfectly. They came out, took accurate measurements, ordered the windows, and then installed them all in just two days! The finished result looked fantastic, and the price was really good.
