  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Window World in Central Al. Brock Cornelius was a really professional and helpful salesman. The installation team – Jose, Adrien, and Pedro – did a great job, and I was particularly impressed with Megan Howren, the project manager. She went above and beyond when we had a minor issue with one of the windows needing replacement; she personally tracked down a new one and had it installed within just two days! The installation itself went smoothly, and I especially appreciated being kept in the loop by the project manager, who provided excellent service.   Overall, we couldn’t be happier with Window World! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Steven, our sales representative, was absolutely wonderful – he patiently answered all of our questions and really helped us narrow down our choices. We got a quote that was significantly lower than other companies, and the installation went exactly as scheduled – we ordered on December 15th and everything was completed by February 8th. The install crew was fantastic too! They were incredibly friendly, professional, and meticulous, taking care of everything efficiently and making the whole process look amazing. They expertly removed our old windows and installed the new ones, even taking care of the caulking and trim around both the inside and outside of the doors. We’re especially thrilled with the quietness of the double-paned glass and the ability to finally open our windows and enjoy a fresh breeze. It’s a truly perfect upgrade! report abuse
