  We are absolutely thrilled with our new Pella windows – it truly feels like we’ve given our house a fresh start! The craftsmanship is outstanding, and Chris Raos was fantastic, taking the time to explain everything and securing a great deal for us. We were particularly impressed with Jeff Martin, Collin Nailer, and the entire install team, especially Andy, Grace, and William, who were incredibly precise and professional during the installation. All 13 windows are perfect. We’re also delighted with our recently replaced deck doors and half moon window – thanks to Chris Raos’s help and the work of Steve (the only Steve!) and Andy, Grace, and William, we're already seeing a noticeable difference in our energy bills. He went the extra mile, checking in with me several times to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. This is the second 1-star review I’ve read, and it mirrors my own frustration exactly. I scheduled a diagnostic visit for my Pella patio doors and windows, costing $150, and the representative essentially did nothing. He promised to get me some touch-up paint and screen clips, but weeks went by with absolutely no response – not a returned call, voicemail, or text. It’s unbelievable how unresponsive they were, especially considering the simple nature of the request. What’s even worse is that the Birmingham location refused to offer a refund, and actually defended the representative’s actions, claiming nobody had ever complained before. While the corporate office was apologetic, they admitted they have no control over the Birmingham branch’s operations. Honestly, Pella’s slogans about “superior customer service” ring hollow when you experience this level of neglect. If you’re considering using this location, please read the other 1-star reviews – you’ve been warned! report abuse

  Pete was fantastic – it felt like we’d already worked together, which was a really nice surprise since it was our first meeting. He didn’t rush us at all and instead genuinely asked about our needs. He patiently explained how Pella windows are made and showed us a great sample. We were just there to get a quote, but we were so impressed with his knowledge and the way he talked about their professional installers that we ended up signing a contract to buy Pella windows.   Honestly, I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Pella. We invested around $25,000 in new windows and the installation was shockingly sloppy. The interior trim was damaged in several rooms, and they haven’t even bothered to properly repair it. To make matters worse, they’re completely unresponsive – I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone for days with no luck. Given the reviews I’ve been reading, I’m now dreading potential water damage and other issues, and I’m really regretting this purchase. I need someone from Pella to come and assess the situation. report abuse
