  “I’ve been dealing with a serious drainage issue with my gutters since I bought my house a little over a year ago. It was originally confirmed that Kguard gutters were installed in 2019, but I’ve noticed they’re not draining properly – the water just pools in the gutters and spills onto the foundation. I’ve checked and there aren’t any connections to downspouts or lower gutters. Another gutter company inspected them and found several other problems with the installation. I’ve included photos and the warranty information from Kguard. I’ve tried repeatedly to get Kguard to send someone out to fix this, but it’s been a huge hassle. I’ve been on a service list, but no one’s ever shown up, and I’ve received no communication – no voicemail messages or doorbell rings. I’m really frustrated with the lack of response and the ongoing problem.” report abuse

  “Overall, I gave this a 4 out of 5. Ben and Scott were genuinely friendly and Scott’s presentation was really good – he’s a natural! However, I felt the meeting could have been much more efficient. We could have wrapped things up in about 45 minutes, and frankly, the final cost of $18,000 was significantly higher than anticipated. It put us in a really uncomfortable position, especially considering we’d only budgeted $8,000. I also think it was clear the focus was more on the aesthetic siding rather than a genuine need. He put together a really professional video to illustrate the issues, and he was also incredibly helpful in explaining the different financial solutions available to us.   Beau and his team were fantastic – truly honest and professional. I was getting quotes for painting my house and also exploring different siding options, and Beau gave me a really straightforward assessment of my existing siding.   Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with! He really took the time to guide us through every step of our front door replacement and gutter installation, and he even went above and beyond by personally returning to add the flexible piping to ensure the downspouts were properly directed.
