“We were absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Capital Construction. From the very beginning, everyone was so helpful and professional – especially Barry, the estimator, who really took the time to understand our needs. Ryan and his team did an unbelievable job with our siding and deck; the quality of their work was outstanding. While the initial estimates were a bit higher than we expected, we honestly felt like we got incredible value for the money. We’ll definitely be reaching out to them again soon for our bathroom renovations!”

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Capital Construction. From the initial phone call to the crew’s arrival and the quality of their work, everything was excellent. They were punctual, professional, and did a truly outstanding job – and they even cleaned up thoroughly after themselves! My only suggestion would be for them to offer a selection of sample roof shingles so I could have a better idea of color and durability options. I would definitely use their services again. – John

“We hired a sales agent to remodel our bathroom into a walk-in shower, and things started off really well. She was fantastic – friendly, really knowledgeable, and responded to our questions quickly. We even signed a contract and provided a $5,000 down payment. However, after carefully considering the cost, we ultimately decided to cancel the project. We notified the agent of our cancellation via email on Monday, August 6th, which was well within the legal cancellation timeframe. She confirmed the cancellation over the phone that same day. Unfortunately, despite this, we still haven’t received our $5,000 down payment back. To add to our frustration, it appears they’d already cashed the check shortly after we cancelled. We’ve been struggling to get a response from anyone about this, and when we finally spoke with someone in the finance department, they gave us a dismissive response about their check-cutting schedule. It’s really concerning that after all this time – August 21st – we’re still waiting, and the attitude we received wasn’t helpful at all. The contract clearly states a 20-day return window, and we’re going to see if they uphold their obligations.”

“Tiffany and Michael were fantastic – they really walked us through everything with a great understanding of the company and offered really practical advice on the next steps. We especially appreciated their professional approach and how they avoided any pressure when we were making our decisions.”

We unfortunately didn’t move forward with this company after they initially contacted us through Lowe’s. Their sales process was really quite frustrating. They insisted on both my wife and me being present for a ninety-minute presentation focused heavily on their company history – information readily available online – and didn’t provide a single quote. After that initial visit, they asked us to repeat the presentation with my wife included, which felt completely unnecessary. Ultimately, they chose to pursue business elsewhere, and we’ve decided not to work with them in the future. It’s a shame, and it also reflects poorly on Lowe’s as well; they need to improve their sales approach.

“We really couldn’t be happier with Capital Construction. After getting a few quotes, we went with them primarily because of their fantastic reputation. They did a complete overhaul of our house – new James Hardie siding and a brand new roof – and the work is absolutely stunning! I’m still raving about how beautiful it looks. From the start, everyone was so professional, especially Jude, the Operations Manager who gave us the estimate, and Karla in the office. The crews were fantastic too, keeping us constantly updated throughout the entire process. It was unbelievably quick, which was a huge relief! I'm definitely recommending Capital Construction to anyone looking for a contractor – they’re fantastic!”

“We had a really positive experience working with Capital Construction. Cameron Root, our sales representative, was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable about the products and he put us completely at ease with all the information he shared. We’d definitely recommend him!”

“I just wanted to say how thrilled we were with Capital Construction! They did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our home, exceeding all our expectations. The team was incredibly respectful of our property and worked tirelessly, even during the really hot weather. We would definitely recommend them!”

“I really wish things had gone smoother with Capital Construction. We hired them back in May 2023 for a major exterior renovation – painting, gutters, and re-shingling – and we’ve been incredibly frustrated with the lack of progress. It’s now month five with absolutely no updates or timeline for when the work would be finished. Despite the delays caused by the weather, we’ve been patient, but several key parts of our contract remain outstanding: nails sticking out on our bulkhead posing a safety risk, no gutters installed leading to water damage in our basement, and a huge pile of construction waste still sitting in our yard. We reached out for updates repeatedly, but it felt like we were getting nowhere. Honestly, getting a response was incredibly difficult. Now, thankfully, the work is finally done, but it took a public review to finally get someone to respond – it's a really disappointing experience.”

Angelo was fantastic – he really went above and beyond to get us set up. He scheduled our meeting so quickly, was incredibly professional and attentive to our needs, and made the whole financing process a genuine pleasure. He took the time to explain everything about the company, the products, and the warranty in detail, and ultimately created a package that we’re confident will provide us with years of enjoyment.
