  Benjamin Construction really knocked it out of the park with the finishing touches on our new renovation. They were fantastic – so friendly, efficient, and really good at figuring things out. We really appreciated being kept in the loop on their progress throughout the entire process. From the initial assessment – which was super easy to schedule – they took the time to fully understand the job and ensured we were completely comfortable with the plan, avoiding any unexpected costs or issues.   I was absolutely thrilled with the work Benjamin Construction did on my roof hatch. The previous company had installed it incorrectly, and Matt and his team completely fixed it, bringing it back to perfect working order. Dealing with older buildings in the South End can be tricky, but Matt and his team were incredibly resourceful and dedicated to going above and beyond. I really appreciated their clear communication and the professionalism of the whole crew. They truly understand that it’s the small details – like setting clear expectations, sticking to the schedule, and managing the budget – that make a successful renovation.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Benjamin Construction’s work renovating our brownstone building. The project was a huge undertaking – decades of neglect and previous poor repairs had made it incredibly difficult to assess the full scope of the work. However, Benjamin Construction stepped in with the expertise and dedication we desperately needed, and they delivered on time with very few problems. What really stood out was their coordination. They expertly managed all the subcontractors, minimizing downtime which was absolutely crucial given the scaffolding and the inconvenience of living through the renovation. They also handled the complex billing process for both the condo association and individual units seamlessly. Beyond that, their attention to detail was exceptional. Matt and his team clearly have a deep understanding of historic buildings and anticipated challenges we hadn't even considered, particularly regarding material selection for the corbels and hardware. It was fantastic to see them communicate so effectively and reliably, showing up on time even with the challenging labor market – we really appreciated their professionalism and commitment to getting the job done right.
