  “Overall, I was really pleased with The Roof Guys – they did a fantastic job on the roof and completed it quickly and professionally. They were incredibly responsive when my roof was damaged by the high winds, and they immediately covered the area to prevent further issues. They even worked with my insurance company to get full approval for the repairs. However, I was a little frustrated with the handling of the siding work. Initially, I assumed they would manage the entire project, including the siding, since they’d already matched the existing material. After they got approval, I was surprised to learn they’d handed off that part of the job to another company, and that company isn’t available until next spring! It would have been great if they’d been upfront about that from the beginning. I wish they’d communicated that they wouldn't be doing the siding themselves sooner – it would have allowed me to get the siding done this fall. Despite this, I’d definitely recommend them for the roof work.” report abuse

  Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with The Roof Guys! They completely replaced our roof and did an absolutely fantastic job. John and his team were incredibly professional, courteous, and really took the time to explain everything they were doing. Despite a bit of bad weather, they finished the job in a remarkably efficient and expert manner – it was all done in just a few days. They were also incredibly thorough, carefully removing the old roof and leaving no trace behind. We highly recommend The Roof Guys for any roofing needs – they’re the best! report abuse

He and his whole crew kept me in the loop every step of the way, from dealing with the initial insurance rejection to submitting the appeal, and even the final installation. They really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. They were happy to accommodate my specific material choices, even sourcing a Class IV product line and the underlayment I wanted, and they even took the extra step of contacting the manufacturer to double the warranty – which gave me so much peace of mind.   Honestly, we were expecting a quick job getting the roof done on our two outbuildings, but we were completely surprised! The previous owners had five layers of shingles on their backyard studio, and it took the crew two full days to completely remove them – a real headache. Despite this unexpected challenge, we were incredibly impressed with the Roof Guys’ response. They quickly addressed the rough finish on the skylight side of the studio, and the owner himself personally called to arrange for a free fix. The crew came right over and took care of it.
