  “I hired Capitol Roofing after some hail damage last summer, and initially they were very responsive and got the process started quickly. However, I wasn’t fully informed about the costs until much later, which felt a bit rushed. Once I was officially with the company, communication really dropped off, and I ended up missing a significant amount of money that should have come back through my insurance – around $2,300. When I brought this up, I received a dismissive response that I’d already seen, and frankly, it felt incredibly unprofessional. While the roofwork itself seems to be done well, the whole experience was frustrating due to the lack of clear communication and the pressure to pay before receiving full reimbursement.” report abuse
