From the initial explanation of the project to the final walkthrough, they were professional, thorough, and really took the time to ensure I was happy with the results. What impressed me most was their care and attention to detail; they did a spotless job, even working in those tricky, elevated areas, and caused absolutely no damage.   Overall, I had a really positive experience with Solaris Roofing. Max and Erik were fantastic – incredibly efficient and professional in their dealings with the insurance company, which really took a load off my mind. What impressed me most was that, knowing it would take about two weeks to get the mortgage company approval and payment finalized, they proactively moved forward with the roofing work without any delays.   We couldn’t be happier with the work the Solaris team did for us. Jake was fantastic – he quickly assessed our roof, skylight, and windows and pinpointed the storm damage. He really helped us choose and install a gorgeous new roof and skylight. And Erik and his team were incredibly efficient and professional; they scheduled everything perfectly and did a truly outstanding job.   “I wholeheartedly recommend Jake and the team at Solaris – they were absolutely fantastic! I originally contacted them needing some roof repairs. I’d been dealing with storm damage for years, and my insurance company had repeatedly denied my claims. I was just planning on patching things up myself as needed. After Jake took a look at my roof, he confirmed there was significant storm damage and advised me to go back to the insurance company. He was incredibly helpful, providing all the information I needed, and even stepped in to coordinate the inspection and adjusters. Thanks to his thorough report and assistance, my claim was finally approved! Even better, he discovered additional damage to my siding caused by the same events and was able to include that in my original claim. From start to finish, the communication, scheduling, and overall professionalism I experienced with Jake and the whole team at Solaris was outstanding.   “I was really impressed with Aaron’s thoroughness and honesty. Following a recent hailstorm, my HOA and another roofing company had both identified significant damage and recommended a full replacement. However, Aaron’s inspection revealed absolutely no damage, and he even cautioned that no insurance adjuster would find any discrepancies – which, thankfully, was the outcome when I subsequently had an adjuster come out. It was clear he prioritized ethical behavior over profit, and I truly appreciate his integrity. I’ll definitely be using this company for all my future roofing needs.” report abuse
