  “I was extremely disappointed with the service I received last Friday when I called about an electrical issue at my house. The technician seemed knowledgeable about the problem initially, but his behavior was completely unacceptable. I had to ask him to remove his shoes after walking in from the snow, and then he proceeded to scratch my brand new dryer while working. He also leaned a metal panel against my freshly painted walls without any protection. Adding to the frustration, he went underneath my house without cleaning his shoes before entering, and tracked mud all over my welcome mat. It was completely inappropriate for a professional to behave this way, especially considering it was just a breaker and GFI problem – issues that Modern Electric had previously handled for us. He was openly criticizing the work done by Modern Electric, which was incredibly unprofessional. Honestly, he was the most disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered, and I asked my husband to have him leave immediately. ME needs to seriously address their training and how they send out their technicians – this experience has made me unwilling to use their services again.” report abuse

  “We had a really frustrating experience with this service. Despite it being a 24/7 emergency line, the operator was incredibly dismissive and rude. She repeatedly misheard and misunderstood our situation, and ultimately seemed to refuse to assist us. Her response of simply telling us to call someone else at 11 PM, without offering any guidance or support, was completely unacceptable, especially considering we were dealing with a situation involving children at home.” report abuse
