  I had a really frustrating experience with Envision Electric. They sent Bill from Envision to replace an outlet on my stove, but he was clearly inexperienced. He didn’t have the right parts and, while he managed to replace the outlet, he accidentally pulled the oven door off in the process. Unfortunately, my stove has been completely unusable for over a month now, and I missed Thanksgiving dinner – it was a really difficult time for me. When I contacted Bill about the problem, I was shocked by the doubled bill he presented. I paid it quickly with a check, and it was cashed within hours. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Envision Electric. report abuse

  “I was so impressed with this company! The team was incredibly friendly and professional, and Matt, the owner, was especially welcoming. They even stopped by our neighborhood and, after chatting with my husband, they quickly diagnosed and fixed the outside outlet that had been broken since we built our house three years ago.   Overall, my experience with this company has been pretty inconsistent. I’ve used their services three times now, and while the quality of the electrical work itself has been good, their organization and communication have been a real problem. The first time, they were over 45 minutes late, but they ultimately completed the job well and at a fair price. The second time, they were two hours late and completely missed the fact that I had an appointment, working on my house after hours without any coordination. And then, just last month, I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, only to have them not show up at all – they didn’t seem to have any record of my booking! Despite the delays and missed appointments, I always paid promptly and in cash. Because I’m remodeling an entire house, I need reliable service, but this company's lack of time management and scheduling is a serious issue. I’m willing to work with contractors, but I can’t continue working with them if they can’t keep track of appointments and manage their time effectively. report abuse
