Scott, the owner, was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive, came out on short notice to provide a quote, and was really patient with me as I made several changes to the plan and timeline. Chris, the electrician, was equally great – he arrived exactly when he said he would and handled all my questions and concerns with professionalism and a really helpful attitude. Honestly, both Scott and Chris went above and beyond, taking the time to answer all my questions, even those outside the original job scope.
