  “I recently needed an electrical service estimate for my shop, and unfortunately, my experience with City Service Electric was really disappointing. A guy from City Service came out a few days after I called, promising to get me an estimate within two days. However, a full week passed with no update. When I followed up, the person who answered was quite dismissive, saying the estimator was busy and would get back to me. Two weeks went by with absolutely no estimate or even a phone call. Thankfully, I was able to get a quick and professional estimate from Summit Electric – they were out within two days and I now have my service running. It seems City Service simply didn’t prioritize my job, and I’ll be going with Summit for any future electrical needs. I’d definitely recommend Summit to anyone looking for reliable electrical work.” report abuse

  I can’t recommend City Service Electric enough! From the very beginning, Amy and Derek were fantastic – so responsive and professional. Derek, in particular, was amazing. He was so patient with all my questions and it was really appreciated how attentive he was to detail.
