  “I honestly can’t rave enough about Don’s! I made a really big mistake – I went with a chain store that advertised ‘free installation’ and ended up overspending. Thankfully, I found Don’s and they were a lifesaver. They measured, installed, and delivered everything within a few weeks, and – get this – it cost the exact same amount as the other place. I’m kicking myself for not going to Don’s first! Craig was absolutely fantastic – so helpful, friendly, and really focused on quality. I’ll definitely be using them from now on!” report abuse

  Don’s Flooring was absolutely fantastic! I was completely overwhelmed trying to figure out what kind of flooring I wanted – everything from carpet tiles for the living room to hardwood throughout the house. They really took the time to understand my needs and provided me with some incredibly reasonable and customized quotes. What impressed me most was the personal service; it’s so rare to find a place where you actually talk to a real person and get honest advice.   “I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with Don’s Mobile Carpet. Things started off well, but the constant rescheduling – twice actually – was a huge problem. They initially told me they hadn't received the tiles, which seemed completely unreasonable to schedule an installation around. Then, on the second attempt, they pushed the date back with minimal communication, and I heard nothing until the day of the rescheduled install. The salesman, Craig, didn't seem particularly concerned when I expressed my frustration. It turned out the delay was due to ongoing issues getting the tiles from Denver, and despite multiple rescheduling attempts, they hadn't bothered to update me. Now, two days before Thanksgiving, I’m starting over with no tiles. I also noticed unexpected charges on the invoice for tile shipping – it felt completely unfair. Honestly, the whole process was far more expensive than other tile installation services I researched, and I strongly advise anyone considering this company to think twice. I’m definitely looking for a different company to handle my project, and I plan to speak with the owner about this unacceptable experience.” report abuse

  Don’s Mobile Carpet really impressed me. They had a fantastic range of flooring options – everything from carpets to hardwoods and tile – and the local installers were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
