Kiley and Paul were fantastic – so professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely happy. They really took the time to accommodate our needs and even helped us with moving furniture, which was a huge help.   “I recently renovated my living room, dining room, and master bedroom with Vision Flooring, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. My realtor steered me in their direction, and I’m so glad she did! From the very beginning, they were fantastic. I spoke with a really helpful person on the phone who scheduled me a meeting with Angelo. Angelo was genuinely friendly and took the time to understand what I was looking for, showing me plenty of flooring options and helping me find the perfect style for my rooms. He even gave me a quick quote right there and then. Because I was moving into a new house and needed the work done quickly, I let him know, and he immediately took care of ordering everything. Then Jennifer stepped in, and she was absolutely amazing – she kept me updated on the delivery and then scheduled the installation for Memorial Day, which worked perfectly with my timeline. The installers, Mike and Mike, were also incredibly courteous and professional; they even texted me updates as they went along.   “We couldn’t be happier with our new LVP floors and carpets – Shane and Geraldine at Vision Flooring were fantastic to work with, and Angelo and the installation team were truly excellent. The whole process, from start to finish, was incredibly smooth. Seven months later, the LVP floors still look brand new, which is amazing! We had a fairly involved renovation – removing old carpet and padding, leveling the floor in the family room, taking out tile in the bathroom, installing the LVP over the existing tile (except in the bedrooms where we got new carpet and padding), and new baseboards throughout. A small hiccup occurred when the wrong size baseboards were delivered initially, but they quickly took care of it by swapping them out that same day. It’s a good reminder to always double-check your order and all the details when they arrive, just as we did – it’s a standard practice we recommend with any contractor.” report abuse
