  Overall, our experience with Carpets of Arizona was a really frustrating and lengthy one. We initially hired them for a rental property and had a fantastic experience, so we were hopeful for a similar outcome with our house. The installation started in November 2020, and it’s still ongoing as of now, largely due to a significant number of repairs needed after the initial install – issues with the LTV flooring, baseboards, and general errors. New management has stepped in and is working hard to correct the problems, and we appreciate their efforts. The second set of installers, particularly Manuel, were extremely communicative and careful, taking full responsibility for the issues and putting in a lot of extra hours. However, we encountered several concerning problems along the way. Initially, there were mistakes like inaccurate measurements and a failure to fully explain that the baseboards would be unfinished. There were also several instances where the wrong baseboards were ordered and installed, requiring replacements. The initial operations manager was incredibly disorganized – he missed our rescheduled install date and left us with a chaotic house, stripping our flooring and stacking our furniture without any consideration for where we could eat or sit. The whole process felt rushed, which is why we’re now dealing with so many ongoing issues. Despite the improvements with the new management, we've spent nearly $18,000 on this project, and it's been plagued by a lack of communication from the owner. We appreciate the extra labor involved in fixing the problems, but we feel we deserve some compensation for the significant stress and inconvenience we’ve experienced. We’re attaching photos to illustrate some of the issues we’ve encountered, including damaged furniture, incorrect installations, and significant gaps in the flooring. report abuse
