  “I can’t recommend Flooring America of Chandler enough! We were looking to match the carpet in our summer home for our winter Arizona house, but we weren’t sure of the exact details. Jacob Chavoustie went above and beyond to find the same carpet in their showroom just from a picture. He was incredibly responsive, keeping us updated on the order and scheduling the installation promptly. On the day of, he even called to confirm the installers had arrived. The installers themselves were fantastic – professional and efficient. The final result is absolutely stunning. Jacob followed up after installation to discuss warranties, showing he really cares about his customers. Seriously, ask for Jacob when you visit!” report abuse

  “I can’t say enough good things about Flooring America in Chandler – they were absolutely fantastic! My husband and I were completely overwhelmed trying to choose a new carpet, with so many different prices and quality levels to consider. We finally settled on Karastan, and when the new stairs and carpet were installed, the Goldenrod color was exactly what we’d hoped for – I was so thrilled! However, we had a bit of a hiccup when the carpet arrived a completely different color, pink! It was incredibly stressful, but Dale and Amber went above and beyond to fix it. They didn’t hesitate to replace the carpet at no charge, and we ended up choosing a completely different color. The new carpet was installed flawlessly, and it’s honestly like walking on clouds.   I absolutely loved working with Flooring America of Chandler! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The team in the showroom was so helpful – they really took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through all the different Hallmark Engineered Hardwood options. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable, and I felt completely confident in my decision. Once the floors were installed, I was blown away. The installers were professional, super punctual, and did an absolutely incredible job. You could tell they were meticulous, and the finished product is stunning. They were also incredibly respectful of my home, keeping everything clean and organized. But it wasn't just the initial service and installation; they’ve continued to check in and make sure I’m completely happy with the results.
