  Honestly, the new flooring looks fantastic, and the installers did a really good job with that. However, my experience was incredibly frustrating. While they were skilled, I had to return twice during the installation – once because the bathroom flooring was installed backward, and then again when my back door was left open during July, which completely overloaded my air conditioning and ultimately required a full system replacement. The cost of replacing the AC was far more than the flooring itself. When I spoke with the owner, he seemed to blame me for not maintaining the system, which felt completely unfair considering the circumstances. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to turn off their air conditioning during the installation to avoid a similar, and very costly, situation. report abuse

  I had a really disappointing experience at this flooring store. I spent almost 20 minutes browsing, but it was difficult to get any assistance. There was only one employee available, and he was busy helping another customer. I tried to ask for help with questions about colors and options, but he didn’t seem to notice me or offer any support. Ultimately, I ended up going to a different store where I received much better service and significantly lower prices. report abuse
