  “I was so impressed with the service I received! Ray was fantastic – he really went out of his way to help me. They have some seriously competitive prices on MDF baseboards, much better than Home Depot. Ray even cut pieces for me for free because the 16-foot boards wouldn’t fit in my truck, and he was so incredibly kind and helpful, even loading everything into my truck and assisting with the wrapping.   “We had a really frustrating experience buying vinyl flooring from this place. Initially, the service was okay – the lady at the front desk was friendly, though she didn’t speak much English. However, things quickly went wrong when we tried to exchange a damaged box. One of the boxes arrived smashed, and unfortunately, the flooring inside was ruined. We hadn’t noticed the damage before, and it had been sitting in our garage. When my husband went to exchange it, the lady accused him of breaking it, claiming she’d seen him damage it when he loaded it into the van. It was completely unbelievable, and he just left, frustrated by the accusation. To add to the problem, he realized he’d forgotten his receipt and went back to get it, only to find the lady blocking the doorway, refusing to move so he could retrieve it. It felt incredibly hostile and uncomfortable, and honestly, like he was being unfairly blamed. We’d definitely recommend carefully inspecting every box before you leave – they seem quick to point fingers and make accusations.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really impressed with this supplier. The prices on the baseboards were fantastic – significantly cheaper than Home Depot and Lowe’s. While the materials themselves aren’t quite as dense as the higher-end options, they installed really well, and you definitely get what you pay for. Plus, they had the real wood corner pieces, which were consistently sold out everywhere else I looked! They even delivered to Casa Grande the same day for under $100, which was a huge bonus.
