The installers were truly wonderful – incredibly efficient, friendly, and did a fantastic job paying attention to detail. We absolutely love our new floors and it’s been a lifesaver having them installed in just two days! After speaking with Bobby, Omar, and Robert, I was able to get matching LVT flooring delivered directly to the store – Omar even took care of the delivery himself since he heard about my situation!   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Floor Source! Bobby was a truly helpful and patient salesperson – he gave us all the time we needed and really listened to what we were looking for, even going the extra mile to find the specific colors and fibers we wanted and getting a sample from another store. It was great that we could take the sample home with no pressure to return it, and he even picked it up during the measurement. The installation itself was flawless; Christian and his team were punctual, incredibly professional, and did a beautiful job with the carpet. We couldn’t be happier! report abuse
