  “I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Ground Zero Plumbing and A/C. Eric P. was fantastic – incredibly professional and really knew his stuff. He quickly pinpointed the problem with my water heater, explained it clearly, and immediately took steps to get a new Rheem unit approved under warranty. He handled the entire replacement process so smoothly and efficiently. And he even went above and beyond by installing a water softener I’d been meaning to get! He took the time to walk me through all my options and helped me choose the right one. Eric was just so attentive to detail and really seemed committed to doing the job perfectly. Beyond that, he cleaned up everything after he was finished, and he was so respectful of my home and my time. The price was great, and honestly, the whole experience was top-notch. I’ll definitely be calling Ground Zero Plumbing for any future plumbing needs – I highly recommend them!” report abuse

  I can’t recommend Ground Zero enough. Honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home. A friend steered me towards them, and it was the right call. I recently sold my house and was moving my water filtration and softener system, and my previous experience with a large corporation was terrible – constant issues, no one showing up, and awful customer service. That’s why I got quotes from several places, and Ground Zero stood out. From the start, they felt like a genuinely family-owned business, and their personal service made a huge difference. When I encountered a miscommunication after the initial installation – the placement of my system wasn’t relayed correctly – Chris and Mike immediately reassured me and worked with me to find a solution. They didn't make me feel like just a number. Then, the next day, I discovered a leak and no water! Chris and Mike were back within hours, and Chris even helped me switch to braided hoses to prevent future problems. He was so patient and thorough, fixing my hot water issue and tightening my shower handle – something the previous installer had completely botched! It’s clear they truly care about their customers. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and I ended up purchasing their membership, which not only saves me 15% on materials but also includes annual maintenance and inspections – a huge peace of mind. The whole team, including the sweet and professional girls in the office, made me feel like they were taking care of me like family.   “I was so impressed with Oz! He responded incredibly quickly, arriving within 20 minutes of my initial call. He has a fantastic personality and really took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Honestly, it was a huge relief after dealing with another plumber who tried to charge me $2,500 for a solution that wasn’t needed.
