  “Overall, my experience with this company was pretty frustrating. They sent a technician on Sunday to look at a fan issue, and the bill came to $1100, supposedly for a fan motor replacement. I asked for a day to consider it, and they charged me a service fee for that day. After agreeing to the work, they scheduled a follow-up visit. The technician quickly replaced a much smaller part for just $300 and took 15 minutes. However, they refused to waive the initial service fee because it wasn't done on the same day. It felt a bit unreasonable. The next day, the problem persisted, and it turned out to be a faulty breaker switch – they then offered a good price to replace that for $300. It seemed like they hadn't properly diagnosed the original problem, and I ended up getting someone else to fix the fan the same day for $200.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Ground Zero! Oz, the technician who came to my property, was fantastic – truly a professional and someone I could completely trust. I contacted them after hearing about some concerns regarding my old plumbing system from a previous inspection. To be honest, I was a little worried, but Oz’s camera scope revealed absolutely nothing wrong beyond some minor buildup. He said my pipes were in surprisingly good condition for a house of this age. What really stood out was Oz’s honesty; it felt like he had nothing to gain and everything to lose by being so upfront. I’ve never experienced that level of integrity from a plumbing company before, and it’s definitely earned my loyalty. I’ll absolutely be recommending Ground Zero to everyone I know!” report abuse

  “I was really impressed with the service we received. Diego Pena and Jeremy Rodriquez were fantastic – they were quick, efficient, and really got to the root of the problem with our air conditioning. They did a great job rerouting the airflow and installing a new thermostat, and our system has never worked better! The team was also clean, friendly, and very knowledgeable.   “We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Ground Zero Plumbing! They were fantastic – especially Jose A.! We had a really urgent leak behind our refrigerator over Memorial Day weekend, and it was incredibly difficult to find a plumber available. Jose was amazing and got us scheduled quickly. He arrived at 8 pm on Sunday and was so friendly and professional. He expertly fixed our problem, taking the time to answer all our questions and even check out our other valves, providing us with helpful estimates and pictures. We felt completely relieved and were so impressed with his thoroughness and expertise.
