He quickly assessed the problem and gave me a clear quote, and he was actually there to do the work within 45 minutes – the installation itself took about an hour. What really impressed me was that he pointed out the water damage and even gave me advice on how to approach an insurance claim, though I ultimately decided not to pursue it. He explained everything he was doing, which made me feel confident in his expertise, and honestly, I realized I wouldn’t have been able to handle this myself.   “A-Plus did a fantastic job fixing the leak under my sidewalk! It was a tricky situation – two pressurized pipes feeding my water softener were leaking about a gallon an hour. Austin, the tech Steve assigned, was really friendly and courteous, and he was able to pinpoint the problem and completely resolve it. Because it’s so hard to know what’s beneath the concrete, it took a bit of work, but they replaced both the supply and return lines, and now everything’s working perfectly.
