  “We had a really odd issue – a sort of gushing water sound coming from the guest bathroom tub, and we were worried it was a main line backup. We contacted two plumbers, and one initially quoted us $340 to investigate the main line. Thankfully, Rich from American Plumbing and Rooter had a great idea – he suggested running water in the tub for a few minutes, and it completely fixed the problem! I explained the situation, and the technician really listened, confirming that American Plumbing would likely take a similar approach and that the other company’s quote seemed reasonable.   “Kevin and Rich were absolutely fantastic! They really went above and beyond when they came to give us a second opinion and estimate. They quickly identified that the previous plumber had broken the sewer cap and dropped it down the drain – and they were incredibly resourceful, figuring out a clever way to retrieve it. They even used a camera to thoroughly inspect the lines and explained everything clearly to my mom. Best of all, they didn’t charge us a single penny to fix the other company’s mistake!   Rich was fantastic – truly a lifesaver with my plumbing problem! He went above and beyond to help, taking the time to talk through everything with me and even asking for pictures to make sure he understood the issue. Scheduling was super easy, and I really appreciated his reassurance that he’d check in if anything got worse. He showed up early, explained everything he was doing, gave me some great recommendations, and managed to get two jobs done in one visit. Plus, he was incredibly thorough and cleaned up perfectly.   Rich was fantastic – incredibly responsive and always punctual. He really took the time to listen to my specific situation with the pond water line, and he went above and beyond to explain all the different options to me, ensuring I had a clear understanding before we made a decision. Even though we ultimately decided against the project, I truly appreciated his helpfulness and honesty.   “I just wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with American Plumbing & Rooter. They were absolutely honest from the start. We had a really frustrating sewer backup issue – it happened twice in a month, and thankfully Rich and Jake were right on it. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a massive buildup of roots and, instead of just trying to fix it themselves or charge us a fortune, they immediately suggested we contact the City. They even went above and beyond by arranging for a locating service to pinpoint the exact location of the damage. In the end, the City covered the $15,000 repair cost! Honestly, Rich and his team were so considerate and focused on what was best for us.   “I was so relieved with the service I received! My kitchen faucet sprayer suddenly started leaking and caused a major mess. I called Rich around 9:15pm to schedule a repair for the next day, and he was incredibly helpful and flexible with my schedule. He arrived exactly when he said he would, and Rich and his apprentice were both really knowledgeable and professional. They didn’t have the specific part I needed, so Rich went out of his way to get it from Home Depot – talk about going the extra mile!   “I was really impressed with this company! It was a bit of a small coincidence – my name is the same as the owner, and we just instantly connected. They were incredibly friendly and professional, and they even arrived on time for my plumbing problem. Jake was fantastic; he was really down-to-earth and efficiently replaced our stuck shut-off valve. Rich was also great – he gave me a clear estimate over the phone before they even came out, which I appreciated.   “I was really impressed with American Plumbing and Rooter – they handled my water heater issue perfectly. Rich was fantastic from the start, patiently answering all my questions and walking me through the inspection process to get a quote. He even managed to schedule someone to come out on a Sunday! The quote was competitive, actually better than the price I saw advertised on TV. The replacement plumber, Jake, and Nick did a fantastic job. They replaced the entire water heater, the copper piping, and even upgraded the shut-off valve, which was a really nice touch. It’s great that Jake and Nick had to come back to properly drain the old unit – that attention to detail really stood out. The new Rheem water heater looks great, and the installation was clean and professional. The hot water is now better than it’s ever been! Rich also kept in touch via text to check on everything, which I appreciated.
