  “I’m so glad Rich was the one who took care of our water heater replacement last spring. We ran into a really frustrating problem today with no hot water, but he was incredibly efficient in diagnosing the issue – a leak somewhere under the slab or in the wall. He promptly contacted a restoration company who responded quickly and now it looks like everything’s on track to be fixed up soon.
