Rene in the office was also a pleasure to deal with, making it really easy to reschedule my appointment. “I was incredibly frustrated with my experience with ABC Plumbing. I spent over 30 hours contacting them to address a simple sink leak under my home warranty, and they ultimately refused to send a technician. They claimed I had denied a water check, which I hadn't, and essentially blamed me for the problem. It felt completely unreasonable to have to pay another company to fix something that wasn't even broken. Because of their unhelpful and dismissive approach, I’m going to be canceling my home warranty and I’ll also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.”
