  “I couldn’t be happier with my experience switching to solar with Elevation Solar – specifically the Las Vegas/Henderson team. My neighbor’s recommendation led me to them, and it was the best decision! From the very beginning, the whole process was incredibly smooth and professional. Ryan Howe, my salesman, was fantastic; he was so knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to walk me through all the different solar options and make sure I felt completely comfortable with everything. The installation crew was also fantastic – they were efficient, respectful of my property, and finished the job on time. It took about 45 days from start to finish, and I just received permission to operate the system today. So far, it’s been working perfectly, and I wholeheartedly recommend Elevation Solar to anyone thinking about going solar.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience with Elevation. Initially, they sold me a car charger that was outdated and unsupported – it turned out the company making it had gone out of business years prior. Getting any help was a nightmare; emails went unanswered and it took multiple calls to even get someone to acknowledge my issue. The technicians themselves seemed poorly trained and often showed up unexpectedly or without a clear plan. I’m glad Ryan from sales stepped in and got things sorted out with Bryce and Adrian, and I appreciate the refund for the charger. However, it’s frustrating that they didn’t have proper systems in place to avoid this situation in the first place. I’m hopeful things will improve going forward, but I wouldn’t recommend Elevation based on my experience.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. From start to finish, the experience has been a nightmare. The solar panels they installed aren't functioning correctly – they’re constantly producing little to no energy. When I contacted them for service, I received absolutely no response, despite multiple calls and emails. To make matters worse, the manufacturer actually informed me back in April 2025 that my system was faulty, yet still no one has followed up with a repair date. It’s clear to me that these positive reviews aren’t genuine. Honestly, I’d urge anyone considering this company to look elsewhere – especially if you’re investing a significant amount like $60,000. It’s a complete waste of money and a frustrating, unresponsive experience.” report abuse

We faced constant issues – technicians frequently arriving without warning, reports of past work disappearing when I contacted support, and ultimately, unresolved problems during site visits.   “I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Elevation Solar in Arizona. Ryan Howe was fantastic – so knowledgeable and always quick to answer my questions. The installation team was also incredibly friendly and professional, doing a truly excellent job. Honestly, my electricity bills have been a huge pain, often over $500 in the summer with the pool and $200 in the winter. But my latest bill actually has a credit of $147!   “I couldn’t be happier with Elevation Solar! From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. Our salesman was incredibly helpful and really knew his stuff, and he was completely honest about the system. I got quotes from quite a few companies before choosing Elevation Solar – they definitely had the best price, and honestly, a lot of the others were giving me misleading information. They were always punctual for appointments and finished the installation quickly. I’ve had my system for over two years now with no issues at all, and I’ve even recommended them to a friend who had a great experience too.
