  I can’t recommend this company – or solar in general – after my experience. They misled me about the best options for clean energy, and frankly, took advantage of my status as a disabled veteran. It was a really disappointing and unethical situation, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. report abuse

  I had a fantastic experience with Fusion Power – truly from start to finish. Adam was incredibly thorough and helpful throughout the whole process, and the team at the office – Annika, Dominic, Diego, and everyone else – have been so accommodating whenever I had a question. I was particularly impressed with the installation crew; they were incredibly well-trained, efficient, and, importantly, cleaned up perfectly after themselves. I wholeheartedly recommend Fusion Power and am really excited about the savings I’m expecting this summer! report abuse

  I am incredibly disappointed with Fusion Solar. From start to finish, the experience was shockingly unprofessional and frustrating. We initially had a good experience with another solar company, Sunnova, but Fusion’s service completely fell short. We hired them for a new solar panel system and battery installation, and immediately encountered problems. A young worker arrived to address some roof damage, but he was completely unqualified – he admitted he wasn’t a roofer and left a cement mess on our roof. Then, one of their workers stepped on our new solar panels without any communication, and we had to repeatedly contact Fusion and SRP to get things resolved. It took over two months for our solar system to be activated, and we had to deal with further roof damage. What really upset us was the lack of communication and the disregard for our concerns. We specifically requested a qualified roofer, but they sent a child who left a mess. They also didn't address the incident with the solar panels. When we pointed out that we’d sent them our SRP bills in anticipation of a credit, they later claimed a worker had misunderstood – despite our clear instructions. Overall, Fusion Solar was incredibly unprofessional and I would strongly advise against using their services. Their customer service is lacking, and they seem more focused on getting a signature than ensuring a quality installation. report abuse

  Overall, the solar panel installation itself went smoothly and was completed on time, which is great. However, we’ve been significantly delayed with the electrical meter boxes, now almost two months later. We’re still waiting for everything to be fully operational with our Fusion system. The biggest frustration has been the lack of clear communication and scheduling – we experienced extended waits for the final city and state inspections, spending considerable time waiting and unable to get timely answers to our questions. We were really hoping to have the entire installation finished and be seeing a 35% reduction in our energy bills by Christmas, but unfortunately, we’re still not up and running. report abuse

  Jennifer was absolutely fantastic! She was so knowledgeable about the whole process and really took the time to walk us through filling out our documents on our phone. She was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to connect us with a local customer in Phoenix who could share his experience with Fusion – it was really helpful to hear firsthand how much he’s saving on his electric bill.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service we’ve received from Fusion. From the start, they seemed solely focused on getting paid, leaving a mess of debris on our property and providing completely unresponsive communication. Adam initially misled us about a credit card fee, and now we’re not getting any support – we haven’t even been shown how to use or maintain the system. After multiple attempts to reach Adam and Diego, we’ve received little to no assistance. Adding to the frustration, the installation itself was substandard. They ran a Cat5 cable haphazardly, leaving it exposed above ground and with insufficient cable length. They haven’t even bothered to address this issue. Frankly, it feels like they’ve abandoned us, and I’m seriously concerned about whether they’ll honor the warranty or simply avoid following through. I’m now planning to file a complaint with the ROC due to the poor workmanship.” report abuse

  Overall, we’re incredibly pleased with the entire process of getting our solar and battery system installed by Fusion Power. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful experience. Initially, we were a little unsure about how the system would work, but our consultant, Roman, expertly explained everything and secured us the best possible deal. Nichole, our account manager, then flawlessly coordinated all the details and paperwork, taking care of everything for us – it was truly a stress-free process. The installation itself was fantastic. Team 2 – Miguel, Freddy, Henry, and Martin – were outstanding. They were professional, incredibly helpful, and finished the job ahead of schedule, even taking the time to repaint the pipes and walls to match our original décor. We wholeheartedly recommend them! Dylan also did a great job setting up the electrical sub panel, and Justin quickly resolved a couple of minor technical issues after the inspection by SRP. It’s wonderful to see the system up and running perfectly, especially as we start using our solar and battery power. We’re so grateful to have chosen Fusion Power – they have the right team and expertise to deliver excellent results. We’d confidently recommend them to anyone considering a solar system. report abuse

  I was really disappointed with Fusion Solar Power. I was sold on the idea of receiving credits in the winter to offset my summer energy bills, but that never materialized. When I contacted the CEO, Jared, to try and get this issue resolved, he was only focused on trying to sell me extra equipment – a battery pack – instead of addressing the initial false promises made by the salesperson, Brady. It felt like they were more concerned with making a sale than actually honoring their commitments, and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this experience. report abuse
