They handled the removal and relocation of our Tesla panels during some roof construction, and thankfully, working with Alex and Tony made the whole process incredibly smooth and easy.   “Overall, I had a really positive experience with Sun Valley. They were incredibly easy to work with, and the installers were both friendly and did a fantastic job – you wouldn’t even know they were here afterward. The cleanup was also very thorough. I’m really pleased with the savings on my electric bill – it’s currently only $7.50 a month. However, I’m looking to add five more panels, as the initial 15 weren’t quite enough to cover the energy draw when I’m running my air conditioning.” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Sun Valley Solar highly enough. I had them install my solar panels back in 2014, and they were absolutely fantastic – everything ran like clockwork, they stayed within budget, and I’ve saved a significant amount of money since. Because of that experience, I knew I could trust them, so I hired them again recently to install a Tesla Powerwall system. They’ve maintained that same level of commitment and professionalism, and I’m now almost entirely off-grid, which I absolutely love!” report abuse

From the initial consultation, our sales rep was fantastic – really knowledgeable and upfront about all our options and the costs, without any pushy sales tactics. We’d done quite a bit of research ourselves, and they really helped us feel confident in our decision. The whole team, including the project manager and the installers, were incredibly professional and efficient.   “I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just wanted to say how fantastic Sun Valley was. From the start, they were incredibly reliable – always on time and kept me perfectly informed about the progress of our panel removal and replacement. What really stood out was their attention to detail; they even noticed our panels weren't as efficient as they should have been and proactively started the process to see if our warranty would cover a replacement. Thankfully, they were successful, and we’re now getting significantly more wattage than we were before. I especially want to commend Alex – he was fantastic to work with.   “We’re incredibly pleased with the performance of our solar panel system, which Sun Valley installed seven years ago. It’s been absolutely reliable, operating without issue for over 1,400 hours – only two days without power – and we’ve seen no decrease in our annual energy production of 44,000 kWh. In fact, because the system consistently generates more power than we need, we’ve been able to expand our usage with a casita and a pool heat pump, and even sell surplus energy back to the grid. It’s fantastic to see Sun Valley’s longevity and success – the other companies who quoted our system are no longer in business.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. From the very beginning, since my solar installation, I’ve encountered a series of frustrating issues. Recently, one of my microinverters fell off and, despite paying $260 for a repair, the technician simply strapped it back on with plastic – a clearly inadequate and unprofessional fix. I held off on paying the full bill until a proper solution was offered. After speaking with Alex and paying, I’ve received absolutely no communication whatsoever, despite multiple emails and texts. I’m seriously considering escalating this through the Better Business Bureau and other channels to ensure I receive the quality of service I was initially promised.   I can’t recommend Sun Valley Solar Solutions. From start to finish, our experience was incredibly frustrating. They didn’t do a good job installing the solar panels, and when we encountered problems – specifically a leak in our roof – they completely avoided taking responsibility. They actually blamed the leak on our roof being improperly installed, despite it only being 9 years old and in excellent condition. It was clear they weren't willing to stand behind their work, and frankly, it’s completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust this company, and I’d urge anyone considering them to really think twice. report abuse
