  “I’ve been really happy with Sun Valley Solar – I’ve had them install two systems now. I had one put in when we moved to Fountain Hills six years ago, and just recently one at our new home in Scottsdale. What I really appreciate about them is their transparency; they always provide a detailed breakdown of the costs and projections in writing, which gives me a lot of confidence. The first system performed exactly as they predicted, and I’m expecting the same from this new one.   We’re absolutely thrilled with the new Tesla Powerwall battery system Sun Valley Solar Solutions installed for us. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth and professional. Anthony and his team handled everything – securing the necessary county permits and coordinating with the power company – and they stuck to the agreed-upon schedule perfectly. Living on a remote ranch in eastern Arizona, we were a little worried about accessibility, but Jacob and Rick were fantastic! They were so professional, kept the work area spotless, and were genuinely friendly and helpful. Anthony even took the time to walk us through setting up the controller app on our devices.   “I couldn’t be happier with Sun Valley Solar. Honestly, after researching several companies, they stood out as far and away the most professional and reliable. From the initial consultation to the final installation, they were completely dedicated to making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Bobby, our property evaluator, was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our needs and answered all our questions thoroughly. And he followed up quickly with detailed emails when we had more questions after he left. What really set them apart was that they actually came to our house and physically assessed our property before providing any estimates. Misty, our project manager, was amazing too! She kept us perfectly informed throughout the entire process, proactively letting us know what to expect and reassuring us every step of the way. They even handled all the complicated paperwork and permits – a huge relief! We had some concerns about the visibility of the solar panels, and they went above and beyond to address them, adjusting the panel orientation and specifications to ensure they wouldn’t be visible from the street. The installers were fantastic – professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They left everything spotless. It was so great working with a local company, and being able to talk to real people face-to-face made all the difference.   “I contacted Sun Valley Solar to get an EV charging outlet installed. They were friendly and quick to put together a contract for around $750. The installation itself was done relatively quickly – about an hour – and they used 2 feet of wire, a breaker, and an outlet box to create a 220v outlet. While I understand prices have increased, I felt the $750 charge was a bit steep considering the limited scope of the work.” report abuse

  Overall, we’re really pleased with Sun Valley Solar Services. We got quotes from a few different companies and they stood out due to their competitive pricing, strong reputation, and how quickly they responded to our inquiries. Mark Greene was fantastic – he really took the time to understand what we were hoping to achieve and presented a system that perfectly fit our needs. The installation went smoothly and was completed within two months, which was a huge plus.   Overall, I couldn't be happier with Sun Valley Solar Solutions. Honestly, the entire process was so different from what I’d experienced with other companies. They didn’t try to push anything on us – Bobby, the guy who came to our house, just took the time to really understand our needs and answer all our questions in a way that was easy to grasp. It was a completely relaxed and honest experience. We’re now seeing fantastic results too! Our electric bills have dropped dramatically, and we’re offsetting almost 95% of our electricity usage. The installation was top-notch – fast, professional, and they even went the extra mile by painting the conduit to blend in with our house. It’s a beautiful system, and we’re saving a huge amount of money each month.   Overall, I’ve been really pleased with my experience so far with Sun Valley Solar Solutions. Kelly, my sales representative, was fantastic – she patiently answered all my questions and responded to my emails and texts incredibly quickly. I also want to give a huge shout-out to Fernando, the crew leader, who took the time to walk me through the entire installation process and really explained everything clearly. The attention to detail was amazing; they even matched the conduit and roof tile to blend in with my house – it’s a huge improvement compared to some of my neighbors’ solar setups. I’m currently waiting to hear back from Adrianne, the project manager, regarding the city inspection and the APS connection, but I’m optimistic we’ll be up and running in the next couple of weeks.   Overall, I was really pleased with the experience. Mesa City’s approval process took a little while, but once it was finally approved, Sun Valley Solar Systems moved incredibly quickly to schedule the installation.   “Overall, the installation team was fantastic – really friendly and professional. However, I’ve been experiencing some difficulties with communication, particularly with the project manager. She was excellent during the initial sales process, but since we signed the contract, her responsiveness has been lacking. I’ve had to repeatedly email her for updates, and even had to involve another team member to get a reply. If this continues, I’ll likely need to escalate the communication myself.” report abuse

  “I was so impressed with Sun Valley Solar – Bobby, Melissa, and the whole team of electricians did an absolutely fantastic job installing my Tesla battery alongside my existing solar system. They quickly and efficiently resolved an issue with the wiring when we discovered a discrepancy, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
