  Leah Bratton’s experience with Hero Exteriors was truly exceptional. They tackled the challenging job of re-sealing our berm structure with incredible skill and care. What impressed us most was their proactive approach – they identified a significant underlying problem and creatively resolved it, excavating and completely rebuilding the affected area with a far superior material. The whole job was completed in just two days, and we’re incredibly pleased with the quality of their work. Beyond that, they went above and beyond by re-seeding the disturbed area and, despite this extra work, charged us less than the initial estimate.   “We’ve used Hero Exteriors in Cheyenne for a few projects now, and we couldn’t be happier with their work! It’s great knowing they also have a location in Colorado, but we’ve always dealt with the Cheyenne team. They recently fixed a persistent leak in our gutters – it turned out the corner wasn’t sloped correctly, and they quickly and effectively corrected it. Plus, they recently painted our entire house, and the job was absolutely fantastic! They started with a thorough pressure wash, then applied a beautiful, even coat of paint. What really stood out was their professionalism – they were incredibly communicative, kept us updated every step of the way, and made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. They're a really friendly and trustworthy company, and we’ve been so pleased with everything they’ve done for us, from gutters and windows to exterior paint and roofing.   Rob from HERO Exteriors was fantastic! He came out to assess our hail damage within a week of the storm and provided really helpful advice. He even discovered some issues on the roof and took care of them – so proactive! I really appreciated his honesty and that he’s a local guy.
