The crew did a fantastic job; they were fast, really professional, and they took the time to clean up thoroughly. It was great to see the extra attention to detail, like how they restored the decorative parts of my eaves and even re-roofed the birdhouse – those were really nice touches.   I was incredibly disappointed with my experience with this company. They advertised a free hail damage estimate, and I scheduled an appointment with a technician named Rick. He completely failed to show up for our agreed-upon time and didn’t even bother to let me know he wouldn’t be coming. I tried multiple times to reschedule, hoping it was just a busy day, but the secretary consistently said she’d speak with Rick, only for him to be forgotten. It’s clear they don’t value potential customers, and frankly, their terrible customer service has likely lost them a significant repair job. Despite claiming “over 40 years of experience,” they left me with a very negative impression. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I’ve had nothing but problems with their reliability – they’re consistently late and frequently provide misleading information about their arrival times.   “I can’t recommend Swedes Roofing. Honestly, the experience was incredibly frustrating. They damaged my personal items and left the work site in a really messy state, which I ended up having to clean up myself. Throughout the whole process, they completely failed to keep me updated on the project’s progress and didn’t respond to my requests for status updates. To add to the problem, they still sent me a full bill for a job that wasn’t even finished.” report abuse
