  Chase and his team at Johnson Construction were absolutely fantastic after the hailstorm. They really went above and beyond, especially Chase, the owner, who personally handled everything with our insurance company.   Overall, our experience with Johnson Roofing and Restoration has been incredibly frustrating. We chose them specifically for their installation of the Euroshield Rubber Roof and their promise to handle hail repairs, and the roof itself has been well-installed so far. However, the process beyond that has been a major letdown. Initially, we were pleased, but the constant delays and lack of communication started to become a serious problem. They’ve repeatedly stalled on the hail repairs and the remaining siding, window, and door work, often just giving us updates after we chased them up. We’d been very clear from the start that we wanted to change the siding color and that matching was not an issue, yet it’s become a significant hurdle. The owner, Chase, initially seemed committed, even offering a personal check to compensate for the inconvenience, but things haven't moved forward. We're now over a year into this, and it feels like we’re constantly being passed around. Most recently, we received a bid almost four times higher than the original estimate, blaming rising material costs and promising to contact our insurance again – a promise that’s still being kept. It’s a really disappointing situation, and we’re left feeling like we haven’t received the service we were expecting. report abuse
