  Julie and her crew did an absolutely fantastic job with our roof. They were incredibly professional and kept us fully updated throughout the entire process. What was really amazing was how quickly they finished, and then, just as they were leaving, it started pouring rain – even with some hail – and not a single drop got in!   Julie did an excellent job with my roof replacement, and I really appreciate that she stands behind her work. We had a pretty intense windstorm recently, and a few shingles did lift, but Julie promptly addressed the issue. I also want to mention that her initial estimate was significantly lower and more realistic than the quote I received from another contractor – he was charging $10,000 for a 20-year roof, and wasn’t even planning to install the durable 40-year roofing material Julie used. report abuse

  Honestly, I’m extremely disappointed with J & E Roofing. We’ve had issues with leaking skylights – specifically, four of them – and they’ve been flagged for repair at least twice now. Despite being flashed and supposedly shielded from snow and wind, they still leak. They can’t seem to diagnose the problem, and it feels like they don’t really understand how skylights are designed to function. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. report abuse
