  Overall, George and Mandi have been fantastic landlords. I’ve been renting from them for over ten years and I’ve always appreciated their courteous and respectful treatment. They’re incredibly responsive when it comes to urgent issues like repairs to the heating, electrical, and plumbing – they always handle those problems quickly and efficiently. However, as the property is quite old – having been a rental for at least fifty years – some cosmetic improvements, like the exterior paint, haven’t been addressed. Despite this, I've been consistently pleased with their professionalism and competence. report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with this business. My husband provided yard services and we never received payment – it felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend working with them at all. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience renting at 2808 E 8th St. After only six months, it’s honestly been the worst rental I’ve ever made. There’s been a constant stream of problems – the appliances (AC, washer, and refrigerator) were completely non-functional, and we’ve had ongoing issues with the plumbing, heating, and electrical systems. It’s also clear the property hasn’t been properly inspected; the ducts were filled with dust, and we’ve had frequent power outages, even with just a hairdryer and a light on. I wouldn’t recommend renting here. report abuse

  I had a really terrible experience trying to rent a unit from this company. I couldn't get in touch with anyone – calls went straight to voicemail and I couldn't even seem to find their office. When I finally did manage to get through to George, he was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, and I think they’d be better off closing up shop. report abuse
