  Rod and his team were fantastic – they really knocked it out of the park! I was so impressed with how quickly they responded to my request and were able to completely replace my roof and garage, plus install brand new gutters, all in just three days. Plus, he was incredibly reasonable with his pricing. report abuse

  I was extremely disappointed with the work this company did on my neighbor’s roof. They installed a roof splitter for a twin house, which immediately caused leaks and significant water damage. Despite multiple visits to “fix” the problem, the leaks continued and new water damage occurred. When I requested they address the existing damage, they simply said they would, and I’m still waiting for them to follow through. The communication has been terrible – no updates, and no one bothered to call to explain why it was Saturday morning, well past 10am, when they were supposed to be fixing the damage *they* caused. I would strongly advise against using this company due to their lack of responsiveness and failure to complete the job properly. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.” report abuse

  Jamie was fantastic on this challenging project. He consistently kept me updated, and he went above and beyond, staying until everything was fully completed and the area was cleaned up – even though it was a long day for him. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I hired them to replace my roof for $16,000, and after waiting over three months, the problem of loose shingles wasn't addressed. To make matters worse, a shingle subsequently fell off, damaging my car. When I contacted Rod to report the issue, he simply told me I needed to fix my car – completely unacceptable service and a blatant disregard for their responsibility. I strongly recommend finding another roofing company. report abuse

  I’m genuinely disappointed with my experience. Communication was incredibly slow and frustrating – updates were infrequent and often met with blame directed at the insurance company. It felt like months went by without any real progress, and I wouldn't recommend him based on this experience. report abuse

  “I want to bring something to your attention – there’s a contractor we should be cautious about. He seems to use subcontractors and then doesn’t pay them, which unfortunately leaves homeowners with a lien on their property.” report abuse
