  I can’t recommend this company. I used them to find a contractor, and unfortunately, the contractor they recommended completely disappeared with $20,000 of my money. They signed a contract, received payment, and then vanished without a trace. When I contacted the company to try and resolve the issue, they just repeated that they were simply a referral service and weren’t responsible. Seriously, avoid this company – there are plenty of other options out there. report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience today. Mr. Juan was very kind and had to cancel our appointment due to a family emergency, which I completely understood. However, I was then met with a shockingly rude and unprofessional phone call from someone at the company – I don’t even know his name, but his attitude was appalling. To make matters worse, when I tried to speak to a supervisor, he immediately dismissed me, suggesting I didn’t want to work with them, which is completely untrue. It’s unbelievable how dismissive and unhelpful this company has been. It felt like they weren’t willing to address my concerns at all. report abuse
