She even assisted with choosing the right paint colors for my space.   Bode Floors has consistently provided excellent service. We’ve used them twice in the past few years for both carpeting and hardwood flooring installations, and we’ve been incredibly impressed with the quality of their work. Michele, who handled our sales and measurements, was particularly outstanding. She was always patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of our questions, ensuring we were completely satisfied with every step of the process. report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t go with Bode again. My experience last year with a bathroom and two-bathroom tiling job was a complete disaster. The communication was terrible – there was a huge language barrier and we were left without a working toilet for over 24 hours because they were still working on the grout. Plus, the salesperson wasn't proactive at all, and they didn’t even have the necessary equipment for trimming. It was just a really frustrating and disorganized experience. More recently, I had laminate installed, and it looks good, but the whole thing was made difficult by the salesperson not following up to complete the job. They just showed up unexpectedly at 8 am without any notification, completely disrupting my morning commute. It felt like they just took my money and stopped caring. report abuse

  “I’ve been a Bode Floors customer for over ten years, and I’ve always been happy with their service – until recently. I placed my carpet order and then had a really difficult time getting a pickup scheduled. My salesperson was unavailable, and while another salesperson did eventually check on my order, I never received a return call. Leaving me with multiple unanswered voicemails, which honestly, isn’t a great customer experience. It’s disappointing considering my long-standing loyalty to Bode Floors.” report abuse

  Honestly, I cannot recommend Bode’s services. My parents had a truly awful experience, and I’m incredibly disappointed with how they were treated. They significantly overcharged them, used completely unqualified installers, and the job took an unreasonably long time. Worse still, they broke their oven door handle and haven’t done anything to fix it. They even tried to add a hidden charge for floor removal – something that was already outlined in the contract. To top it all off, they don't return my calls when I try to get things sorted out. It’s particularly upsetting because they advertise excellent customer service, but clearly, that’s not the case here. They even insisted my parents had to rent a storage pod to move their furniture, and then they still complained about the few items left in the house. It’s a completely unacceptable experience. report abuse

  I was really thrilled with the carpet I purchased from Bode – it was a fantastic investment and I ended up spending over $4,000. Unfortunately, seven and a half years later, the carpet is now buckling, which is incredibly frustrating. I’ve contacted Bode about this and have been passed around to different departments with no one following up to see if they could offer a solution. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and support. report abuse
