  I absolutely have to recommend Columbia Floors! I went through a really tough situation – a pipe burst completely ruined my floors, and I was completely overwhelmed. My insurance company suggested Columbia Floors, and I’m so glad they did. Ed, the owner, was fantastic. He took care of all the insurance complications for me, and the whole project was completed incredibly quickly. They were also very reasonable in price, and the quality of the work was outstanding.   “I was so thrilled with the service I received when Ed helped me choose and install new carpet for my first home! The old carpet was just awful, and with my 120 lb lab, it needed to be something truly durable and water-resistant – Ed really delivered. I’d been considering doing it myself, but the competitive pricing and his fantastic service were too good to pass up.   “I can’t recommend these guys enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. They were incredibly easy to work with, responded so quickly to any questions, and were just really efficient. The LVP installation was amazing – they completed it in under two days with absolutely no problems. Honestly, it was the best home improvement experience I’ve ever had, especially considering my kitchen remodel was a complete nightmare. Definitely give them a call!” report abuse

  “I can’t recommend Columbia Floors enough! I was in a complete panic trying to get my carpets replaced before a house photoshoot, and my original contractor just bailed on me the day before. Luckily, I found Columbia Floors and Ed was amazing. He stepped in within minutes and got a new appointment scheduled for the next morning, even offering a better price than my initial quote. They did a fantastic job installing everything, and thanks to their quick response, the house sold above asking price!   “I couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received from Columbia Floors and, especially, Ed Wagschal. He did an amazing job replacing the carpet in our three bedrooms and on the stairs, and even stepped in to re-do one bedroom when our cats tracked in some dirt! Ed has been so patient and supportive as we’ve been planning our bathroom renovation, offering fantastic advice and making the whole process really enjoyable.   “Ed was fantastic to work with. He responded to my quote request really quickly and he treated me with respect – he didn't try to upsell me at all, which was a huge relief. While I did get a couple of lower quotes from other companies, they were all quite dismissive of my project and my budget. Ed genuinely seemed to understand the importance of this to me, and I really appreciated his willingness to come out multiple times to check in on the condo before work started. We did have a couple of minor issues with the flooring, but Ed jumped right on it and is already taking care of them – I’m really pleased with his responsiveness.” report abuse
