  Overall, it was a really smooth and straightforward experience working with this company. From the very beginning, they were incredibly easy to deal with – they scheduled a visit to my home, carefully walked me through all the options, and helped me choose the perfect flooring for my needs. Once we’d made a decision, they promptly sent over a contract outlining the project scope and we easily arranged a convenient installation date.   We were really pleased with the work Vertical Connections did on our basement floor. They installed about 200 square feet of vinyl flooring, and the result was fantastic – the old linoleum was completely gone and the new floor looks really lovely. The installer was incredibly careful and precise, especially with the trim, and they left the whole area spotless. We've used Vertical Connections for previous projects and we’ll definitely be calling them again for anything we need in the future. report abuse
