  “Living next to the Hudson Construction site has been incredibly disruptive. The noise is relentless – I’ve been woken up repeatedly by machinery working as early as 2:30 am, and there’s constant activity like paving and compacting, especially on Sundays. Beyond the noise, the amount of dust generated is substantial. What’s particularly concerning is the late-night activity with workers staying on-site and playing loud music, which is completely out of keeping with the residential neighborhood.” report abuse
