“Unfortunately, my experience with Donna was quite disappointing. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and I won’t be returning.”
-
Honestly, this was a deeply disappointing experience. The quality of the work was shockingly poor – the walls in my unit are crooked and cracking, and the countertop installation was completely botched, with one side too short and the other extending over the sink, causing a serious water leak. Steve, the general contractor, hasn’t taken any responsibility to fix these issues, and I certainly wouldn’t want someone with that lack of accountability overseeing any construction project.
-
“I’m very concerned about Donna Anderson’s conduct. She was consistently disrespectful and unpleasant towards me and my family, and I believe her behavior warrants immediate termination.”
-
“I’m extremely frustrated with the responsiveness of the property management team. I’ve been trying to reach someone for months – calling repeatedly with no answer. I’ve left multiple messages, but haven’t received any feedback. It’s incredibly unprofessional and seems like there’s a serious lack of communication. Honestly, it’s hard to understand how they’ve maintained a two-star rating given this level of service.”
-
“Overall, this was a really positive experience – everything was fantastic. However, I did want to bring to your attention a concern regarding Donna Anderson’s management; she wasn’t a great fit for interacting with the public.”
-
“Donna’s performance as community manager has been concerning. There have been repeated reports of rudeness and a lack of support for tenants, suggesting a disconnect and a need for significant improvement in her approach.”
-
Donna Anderson’s performance seemed to create some friction for residents; it wasn’t a particularly positive experience living with her. It’s surprising they’ve recognized her efforts.
-
“Honestly, I’m really concerned about Donna Anderson’s promotion. She’s proven to be a challenging manager, and I don’t think she’s performing at the level expected of her.”
-
“Things have really settled down since Donna left – it’s much smoother and quieter around here now.”
-
“I’ve had significant challenges working with Donna Anderson; her behavior has caused considerable disruption and difficulty for both myself and others.”
