  “Donna Anderson was, unfortunately, the biggest problem I encountered during my time at the apartment complex. She was consistently rude, incredibly inconsiderate, and at times, downright unpleasant. She seemed determined to assert her authority and wasn't afraid to use harsh language. Honestly, her behavior significantly impacted my stay and I was extremely disappointed.” report abuse

  Overall, the apartment itself was a good value for the price. However, my experience was significantly impacted by the community manager, Donna Anderson. She was consistently unhelpful and, unfortunately, seemed to cause frustration for many other residents due to her lack of competence. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated with the handling of my refund from Rocklyn Apartments. I was promised a refund after moving out almost two months ago, but I still haven’t received it. I’ve contacted the office a ridiculous 23 times, and only spoken to someone twice. I left a detailed message with the person responsible for my account, but haven’t gotten a single response.   Honestly, I was incredibly disappointed with this construction company. The quality of their work is shockingly poor – the walls in my unit are crooked and cracking, and the countertop installation was completely off; one side was too short and the other hung over, causing a serious water leak under the sink. To add to the frustration, the general contractor, Steve, has refused to address any of these issues. I certainly wouldn't want someone with that lack of attention to detail in charge of any project. report abuse

I’ve been trying to reach someone for months, leaving numerous messages, but haven’t received any response. It seems like Laura, in particular, is consistently unavailable, and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
