“Absolutely fantastic work! So impressed with how quickly and efficiently you guys completed the project. Really satisfied!”

“I can’t recommend this contractor. We hired him for a straightforward retail build-out, and unfortunately, things quickly went wrong. He failed to secure the necessary permits, leading to the city shutting down the work. We were essentially stuck for almost a month. While work resumed, the crew was incredibly unreliable – one person would frequently leave for supplies and lunch, which severely hampered progress. Ultimately, we had to step in and finish the project ourselves, which pushed the opening date back five weeks from the original timeline. It was a very frustrating experience, and honestly, there are plenty of other contractors we’d trust more.”

“I’ve unfortunately had a really disappointing experience working with Squarefoot Construction. I hired them twice for smaller commercial interior jobs, and while the first project went okay, the second one – which was completed over a year ago – is still outstanding. The owner has been completely unresponsive, not returning calls or texts, and it feels like the company is struggling to manage its workload. Their team also lacked basic knowledge, failing to answer simple questions from our accounting firm. Because of these issues, I’m no longer considering them for future projects.”
-
“Overall, Jack and his team were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly responsive and really flexible, which made the whole process so much smoother. They delivered the project quickly and went above and beyond to assist us with navigating the city’s requirements – I was extremely pleased with the experience.”

“Jack and his team were fantastic to work with. They responded quickly to our request for a store build-out design and made the whole initial process incredibly smooth. We’d definitely recommend Squarefoot Construction to anyone in the area.”

I can’t recommend Square Foot Construction. About a year ago, I completed some work for Jack Jayswal, and I’m still waiting to be paid. Despite multiple attempts, including a message relayed through my assistant, Mr. Jayswal has provided nothing but delays and excuses – essentially leaving me unpaid for a significant amount of work. It’s incredibly frustrating to have to repeatedly chase him for payment, and I strongly advise other business owners to avoid working with Square Foot Construction unless they’re prepared for a potentially long and difficult process when seeking payment.

“I’m really disappointed with this company. My experience was a complete nightmare. They took a significant amount of money for a restaurant project that the city ultimately rejected, and it took us a wasted ten weeks to fix the problem. Worse, they were completely unresponsive – I couldn’t get anyone to answer my calls. They were also less knowledgeable than the new company we had to hire to complete the job, and frankly, avoided communication. We lost $3,500, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.”
-
“Overall, we’ve been really pleased with this company’s work. We’ve hired them twice for our medical office remodels, and both times they did a fantastic job and really listened to our needs. The weekly progress reports they sent were particularly helpful in keeping us informed throughout the process.”
-
“Squarefoot has been fantastic to work with. They’ve been incredibly responsive, delivered high-quality work, and kept us constantly in the loop – truly the best experience we’ve had with a contractor.”
-
“We’ve been working with Squarefoot Construction on an outstanding balance related to hauling and disposal services provided on their Dallas job site from October 2017 to April 2018. Initially, payment wasn’t received in full, and we’ve been trying to collect the remaining amount. Amanda Reyes, the Squarefoot Construction representative, has agreed to a bi-weekly payment plan. Despite this agreement and several follow-up attempts since April 2018, we haven't received any payments. We also pursued the matter through small claims court, which awarded the debt to HD Waste & Recycling on February 11th, 2019. We’ve even contacted the company owner, Yagnesh “Jack” Jayswal, to discuss payment, but haven’t heard back.”
