  “I recently had Aaron from Phend Plumbing come to my house twice, and I was incredibly impressed with his service. First, he addressed an issue with my new kitchen sink drain – which had been replaced – and then he took a look at a problem I was having with a new faucet. He arrived two hours early, which was a huge bonus! He quickly diagnosed the faucet issue, explaining that it was due to the inexpensive faucet itself. He didn't charge me a single penny for his time, which was truly amazing. Then, just last week, we needed a new shut-off valve installed, and he took less than 10 minutes to complete the job. While the workmanship was excellent, the $250 price seemed a bit high considering the parts and the minimal labor involved. I’d happily pay around $175 for that service. Overall, I’m so grateful for Aaron’s honesty and quick service—I’ve already recommended Phend and Aaron to several people!” report abuse

  “Charlie did a fantastic job! He was so prompt and professional, and he was really courteous and easy to talk to – he even called ahead to get a better understanding of the problem. The whole repair was surprisingly quick, taking less than 30 minutes. Plus, he pointed out some potential water damage that I’m getting checked out, which was really helpful.   We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with Phend Plumbing. We called them up late one afternoon and scheduled an appointment for the following day, and the technician was incredibly considerate – he called half an hour before arriving and confirmed he’d be there on time. To top it off, the owner even stopped by to check in on us and make sure everything went perfectly with the water heater installation.
