  “I was driving on the freeway when a box fell out of the back of one of their trucks and hit my car. I pulled up to the truck and tried to get the driver’s attention, but he wouldn’t roll down his window and just drove off without saying anything.   “I’m really frustrated with my experience with Epic Plumbing. They installed our new water heater, and it’s now malfunctioning – I can’t even flush it. Now they’re refusing to take responsibility, claiming it’s out of warranty and that anyone could have caused the problem. Frankly, it feels like they’re trying to shift the blame entirely. I wasn't trying to accuse them initially, just seeking a solution, but their response was dismissive and pointed fingers at me. It’s concerning that they’d try to blame a homeowner for a faulty installation they performed. As homeowners, we need to be proactive with maintenance, but it’s unacceptable for a company to avoid responsibility after a poor installation. I’d advise others to be vigilant and ensure proper maintenance to prevent issues like this.” report abuse

Not only did they install the new kitchen faucet, but they also discovered and fixed a leak under the sink – a fantastic bonus!   “I couldn’t be happier with the service Epic Plumbing provided. We had a really frustrating situation – our hot water heater sprung a leak over the weekend – and they were fantastic. They arrived within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem, and efficiently got everything sorted. When it became clear we needed a replacement, they went above and beyond, finding the exact model we wanted and installing it seamlessly.
