  I was really frustrated with my experience using Cure All Plumbing. I hired them for a significant plumbing issue and, frankly, they didn’t deliver. Despite their high prices, the technicians seemed uninterested in actually fixing the problem, and ultimately couldn't complete the job. It felt like a complete lack of effort and expertise. Adding to my disappointment, I was then billed for the time they spent trying to diagnose and attempt a repair – which, of course, didn't happen. When I raised my concerns about the invoice, they weren't willing to discuss a reduction in the charges. I ended up having to hire another company who quickly and successfully finished the job. It’s disappointing when you’re paying premium rates for a service, and Cure All Plumbing simply didn’t meet that standard. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience. I do want to acknowledge that Zoey was very helpful and understanding when I spoke to her about the billing issue – she was a pleasure to deal with. report abuse

  Donald from Cure All Plumbing was fantastic! He arrived promptly to deal with the water main leak in my yard, which was really stressing me out with the rising water bill. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, gave me a clear and reasonable quote, and even offered a separate estimate for some recommended work I could look into later. The repair itself was quick – less than two and a half hours – and he left my yard spotless. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I’d absolutely call them again for any plumbing needs I have in the future. report abuse
