  “I wanted to share my incredibly positive experience with Dennis! My garbage disposal had been giving me trouble for over two weeks, and thankfully the Home Warranty company got it approved. While the process took a little time – the work order didn’t arrive until Saturday – Dennis went above and beyond to get it resolved. He drove all the way from Mesa to Scottsdale to install the new disposal, and it’s now working perfectly. He replaced all the necessary pipes, installed a new shut-off valve and hose bib, and even took care of a leaky hose bib in the backyard.   I unfortunately can’t recommend Dennis and Verde Plumbing. They were assigned to me through my home warranty, and while things started well with getting scheduled, my experience was really disappointing. Dennis quickly recommended Eco-Dry for a full restoration, which I declined after seeing some concerning reviews about them. Once I pushed him to simply fix the plumbing leaks himself, his attitude completely changed. He stopped responding to my messages, leading me to believe he’s incentivized to send people to Eco-Dry. Eventually, he just abandoned the job. The whole situation felt incredibly unprofessional—he even tried to scare me about needing extensive wall and floor work when it was just a simple faucet replacement, and he never even addressed the leak under my sink. I was able to find a different plumber who handled the job perfectly, and I wouldn't use Verde Plumbing again. I hope American Home Shield looks into this referral relationship between Dennis and Eco-Dry, as it felt like a small job was being unnecessarily escalated for profit. report abuse

  “I was so relieved when my home warranty company sent Verde Plumbing to fix my water heater leak – and it turned out to be the best experience I’ve had with a contractor. I’m really picky about plumbers, having had some bad experiences in the past, and Dennis, the owner, was fantastic. He really took the time to explain everything to my husband and me, and he was incredibly thorough. What really stood out was his responsiveness. He not only arranged for the replacement but also promised to come out the same day the new water heater arrived, and he kept that promise! Honestly, his customer service was outstanding – he was efficient, communicative, professional, and just a pleasure to work with during a stressful time. The work itself was excellent too.
