  I had a really negative experience with Ryan Blauvelt and his trucking operation. While driving on the highway, rocks fell off his truck and smashed my windshield. After multiple attempts to get him to take responsibility, he denied having the specific truck and offered only a dismissive “sorry for my luck.” It felt incredibly dishonest and irresponsible, and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. report abuse

  “I recently spoke with a gentleman about getting a quote for my job, and it felt a bit dismissive. He immediately offered a quote of no more than $1000 without even seeing the work. It seemed like he determined my job was too small for his company and frankly, he didn't seem interested in spending time looking at it, citing the previous person being out of town and his own busy schedule. Sadly, based on that experience, I won’t be moving forward with this company.” report abuse

  “Overall, we’ve been really pleased with the gates they installed on our commercial property – a swing and a slider – and we’ve been particularly impressed with their responsiveness. They’ve been called out a few times for minor issues, but the team, especially Bill, has always been incredibly helpful and arrived promptly each time.   “I recently had a 2-rail fence installed and was really impressed with the whole experience at Associated Fence. Jessica was fantastic – she patiently answered all my questions and was incredibly responsive, getting back to me quickly with any information I needed. Jim even came out to re-measure, and he was very efficient. I’m now just waiting for the installation date, but so far, their professionalism and speed have been outstanding. Once my fence was finally installed, I was thrilled! They arrived on time, the crew was fantastic – working hard despite the intense heat – and the job was completed in a single day.   “Overall, we weren’t happy with the final outcome. While the initial bid was reasonable, we needed to add some extra length to the fence. We discussed this with the team and agreed to the additional cost. However, after the work was completed, they attempted to bill us for only one panel, despite needing eight, and significantly inflated the price.   “We were really pleased with our new double gate from Associated Fence. Angela was fantastic to work with – she was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find the best solution. The original gates were a bit of a mess, mounted to loose columns that weren’t properly supported anymore. Instead of a major overhaul, Associated Fence cleverly removed the old columns and mounted the new gates to matching metal posts, which we really appreciated. The gates themselves are fantastic quality, and the installation team did a truly top-notch job.   “I’ve always been impressed with the quality of the materials here, and they’ve worked really well for me in the past. However, today I was really let down.   “I was really disappointed with this place. I drove a long way to find out they’re not open to the public, and it was a complete waste of my time and gas. I even called to confirm, and was told they don’t have any public sales – the Glendale location, specifically. I needed a fence post and made a special trip, so it was incredibly frustrating.” report abuse
